An open-source educational resource covering biomedical statistical methods with Python implementations. Topics include survival analysis, clinical trial statistics, multi-omics statistical frameworks, and reproducible research practices. Designed for graduate students and researchers in computational biology.
Teaching Assistant. Responsible for demonstrating how to apply computational methodologies to derive lead compounds, pharmacophore from bioactive compounds, and rationalise optimal drug-target interactions through docking experiments.
